Share a funny moment as a card

Purpose

Sara laughs at the line Agentum added after her thank-you and wants to send it to Neda. Turn a playful line into a picture card to post or send, and, if you like, let Agentum use the moment in its own clips. You decide what is on the card, and you can take back the clip permission at any time.

Before you start

You need a playful line in a chat (see Playful replies and Easter eggs). The "Share this moment" button appears beside the line while "Share this moment" is on in your personal settings and your workspace admin has not turned off "Moment sharing". Playful lines are not available yet, so for now the card you can make is the one for a badge you have earned (see the last step).

Steps

1. Under a playful line, select "Share this moment". The window "Share this moment" opens and shows a preview of the card. The preview is exactly the picture you will get.
2. Under "Size", choose "Story (tall)" for a vertical card or "Post (square)" for a square one. Under "Look", choose "Light" or "Dark".
3. Under "On the card", the funny line is shown exactly as Agentum wrote it and cannot be edited. Your own earlier message is left out unless you tick "Include my message"; then untick any sentence you do not want. Up to 8 sentences, 600 characters in all, fit on a card, so a sentence may be unavailable until you untick another. A very long sentence is marked "This sentence is too long for a card."
4. Select "Download" to save the card as a picture. "Copy image" copies it, and on a phone that can share files "Share" opens the share sheet. A short message confirms: "Card downloaded.", "Image copied." or "Card shared.". If something goes wrong, "That did not work. Your choices are kept." appears with "Try again".
5. Making or downloading a card does not publish it anywhere. You decide where it goes. Agentum only notes that a card was made from that reply, and its size; the picture stays with you.
6. To let Agentum use the moment in its clips, open "Agentum clips (optional)" in the same window. It is off by default, and sharing the card does not give this permission. Tick "Allow Agentum to use this moment in its clips?", then tick "I confirm I have the right to publish this moment." and select "Save permission".
7. The window says "Permission saved. It is waiting for review and covers the card exactly as you see it now." If you change which sentences are included afterwards, it says "You changed the card after saving. Save again to cover this version." Saving again replaces the earlier permission, which shows as "Withdrawn". Changing "Size" or "Look" does not need a new permission.
8. To see or withdraw permissions, open Settings, then "Data controls", and find "Shared moments and permissions". Each row shows the line, the sentences you kept, its status ("Waiting for review", "Approved", "Published" or "Withdrawn") and the date. Select "Withdraw permission" on a row, then confirm with "Withdraw permission" (or choose "Cancel").
9. To make a card from a badge you have earned, open your achievements (see Earn badges and see your Achievements) and select "Share this badge" on the badge. The window "Share this badge" says "Make a card from this badge to post or send. Nothing is shared until you send or post it." It offers the same "Size", "Look", "Download", "Copy image" and "Share" choices, and has no "Agentum clips (optional)" section.

Expected result

The card is a picture of exactly what the preview shows, ready to post or send. A saved permission covers only that card, with the funny line and the sentences you kept, and shows in "Shared moments and permissions" as "Waiting for review" until the Agentum team looks at it. After you withdraw a permission, Agentum stops new use of that moment at once. Clips that are already published are taken down separately. Deleting a chat also withdraws the permissions given from it.

Troubleshooting
