Telegram Application Bot
Purpose
Neda wants to ask her agent a quick question from her phone, without opening the web app. Open the official Agentum bot in Telegram and talk to your default agent there.
Before you start
Telegram must be connected in "Login options". If it is not, this page shows the connection row instead of the bot.
Steps
- Open Settings, then "Telegram", then "Telegram Application Bot".
- Under "Official bot", check the bot name and its status: "Ready" or "Unavailable".
- When it is ready, select "Open in Telegram". The bot opens in a new tab or in the Telegram app.
- Send text, voice messages, photos and files to chat with your default agent. Files sent through Telegram must be non-empty and at most 20 MB. If a file is too large or cannot be retrieved, upload it through the web app instead.
Expected result
You chat with your default agent in Telegram. The bot uses the agent's existing personalization, models and tools, so there are no separate settings. The official bot uses your default agent in your personal workspace. Change personalization, model and plugin settings there.
Troubleshooting
