Storage

Purpose

Mina has been saving her daughter's party photos and invitations in Agentum, and wonders how much room is left. See how much file space your workspace uses, what kinds of files take it, and jump to where you manage them.

Before you start

Open the workspace you want to check. The numbers cover all files in it: personal files, projects and sites.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then "Storage".
  2. Under "Workspace storage", read "Space used" and "Total files", then "Plan storage limit". When the plan has a limit, a bar shows the share used and how much is still available. If the limit is passed, the page says how far over it you are. If no limit is set, the usage is shown without a percentage.
  3. Under "Storage by file type", the chart and list split the space into "Images", "Documents & text", "Audio", "Video" and "Other files", each with its file count and size.
  4. Under "Manage files", select "Open Library" to go to your workspace files in the Library, or "Sites" to manage site files.

Expected result

You see the used space against your plan limit and the share of each file type. The two buttons take you to the Library or the Sites page.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
"No files stored yet." The workspace has no files yet.
"Storage details are unavailable." Reload the page and try again later.
"Your files are empty and use no storage." Files exist, but their total stored size is zero.
"This plan has no storage allowance." Open "Subscription" and select "View plans" to find a plan with storage.
The bar is red You are over the plan limit. Delete files you no longer need in the Library, or upgrade.
