Profile
Purpose
Sara wants her name to look right wherever her team sees it, and her account ID ready when support asks for it. This page shows how your account is identified and opens the pages where you change your name, photo, username and sign-in methods.
Before you start
Sign in to your own account. The profile belongs to your account and is the same in every workspace.
Steps
- Open Settings, then "Profile".
- Select your picture (it has a small camera badge) or the "Full name", "Preferred name" or "Birthday" row to open "Edit profile" and change your name, what Agentum calls you, your birthday or your photo.
- Select "Username" to change your username. "Phone number" is shown for reference and cannot be edited here; it shows "Not provided" when none is known.
- Select the "Gmail" or "Telegram username" row to open "Login options", where you can connect or disconnect Telegram.
- Under "Account ID", select "Copy" to copy your unique account identifier. The button reads "Copied" for a moment. Share it only when support asks for it.
Expected result
The page shows your full name, preferred name, birthday, picture, phone number, username, email, Telegram username and account ID. Your username and your Telegram username are two separate values.
Troubleshooting

| A value is still loading | Wait a moment for it to appear. |
| "Not provided" shows in the "Phone number" row | No phone number is available, and this row cannot be edited. |
| "Add" shows in the email or Telegram row | Open "Login options". Telegram can be connected there; email connection is currently unavailable. |
| "Copy" does not copy | Your browser may block clipboard access. Select the account ID text and copy it by hand. |
