Report an issue
Purpose
Late one evening something in Agentum behaves oddly, and Sara wants to tell someone. The Report issue page has a form that takes a subject, your email and a message; for now "Send report" only checks that they are filled in correctly.
Before you start
Sign in and open Settings. Do not put passwords or other secrets in the text.
Steps
- Open Settings, then "Report issue".
- Fill in "Subject" ("What went wrong?"), "Email" (it starts with your account email when there is one) and "Message" (describe the issue and what you expected to happen).
- "Send report" only checks that all three fields are filled in and that the email looks valid.
Expected result
This form does not send or save reports. Contact your workspace administrator through your usual support channel.
