Analytics
Purpose
At the end of the month Sara wonders how much the team really used Agentum. See your workspace's activity over the last 7 or 30 days: runs, models, plugins, errors, speed, tokens and cost.
Before you start
- You need permission to view workspace analytics. Owners and Admins have it, and so does the owner of a personal workspace. The plain Member role does not.
- The workspace plan must include analytics reports. Otherwise the page says "This workspace plan does not include analytics reports. Activity totals are available in Usage." and the Usage page still shows your totals.
- The report covers activity of the whole workspace, not only your own.
Steps
- Open Settings and choose "Analytics" under "Account". The page is titled "Product activity" with the line "See workspace activity across models, tools, and runs."
- Choose "7d" or "30d" at the top. 30 days is the default. The report reloads.
- Read the run cards. "Chat" and "Work" appear when the activity breakdown loads successfully, each with the number of runs, input and output tokens and total tokens. An "Analyze (historical)" card appears only when that period contains older analyze runs.
- Read "Turns": a stacked area chart of "Workspace turns grouped by model." Hover or focus the chart for the values of a day. Up to six models are shown. Activity that cannot be tied to a model is labelled "Unattributed model".
- Read "Plugin activity": a bar chart of "See which plugins were used over time." It also shows up to six series, with "Platform" for built-in tools and "Unattributed plugin" for the rest.
- Read "More details" for the period: "Runs", "Model calls", "Tool calls", "Success rate", "Errors", "Avg latency", "Total tokens" and "Recorded cost" ($, four decimal places).
Expected result
You see activity for the chosen range. The page only reports: it does not change usage limits, prices or billing.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| "No activity recorded for this workspace yet." or "No tool activity recorded for this workspace yet." | Check for a loading error first and select "Retry". If loading succeeds and the chart remains empty, try a wider range such as "30d", or use Agentum first. |
| Values show a dash or loading bars | The report is still loading or could not be fetched. Those are not zero activity. |
| "Some settings could not be loaded." | Choose "Retry". If it keeps failing, you may lack permission to view workspace analytics. |
| The page says the plan does not include analytics reports | Upgrade the workspace plan, and use Usage in the meantime. |
