- Create a shared workspaceSara wants Reza, Neda, Kian and Parisa to work from the same information, apart from her personal account. A Team or Organization workspace is a separate space with its own members, data and settings.
- Add a workspace memberReza already has an Agentum account, and Sara wants him on the team without sharing a password. Give an existing account a Seat in the selected Team or Organization workspace.
- Change member roles, status and groupsKian now builds the shop's agents and connects its systems, so a plain Member role is no longer enough for him. Change a member's baseline role, disable or remove their Seat, give them custom roles and groups, and check what they can actually do.
- Create and inspect workspace rolesSara wants Neda to see the team's activity without being able to touch billing. See what Owner, Admin and Member can do, and create custom roles that add extra permissions to people or groups.
- Create and manage workspace groupsRepeating the same role changes for every new person in support gets old fast. Collect members into groups so that one or more custom roles reach all of them together.
- Restrict workspace models, plugins and WorkSara wants the team to use only the models and plugins the shop has agreed on, not whatever each person happens to pick. Set workspace-wide rules that apply to every Seat: turn plugins or Work off, and limit which models and plugins people may use.
- Use Data Privacy ModeKeep a workspace, a project or a single chat on models that run only on servers inside Iran, and have Agentum offer a private chat when a message looks sensitive.
- Workspace administrationAs the team grows, Sara needs one place to see who belongs to it and what each person, group and the whole workspace may do. Workspace administration is that place, with tabs for members, groups, roles and policies.
- AnalyticsAt the end of the month Sara wonders how much the team really used Agentum. See your workspace's activity over the last 7 or 30 days: runs, models, plugins, errors, speed, tokens and cost.
