Create a shared workspace

Purpose

Sara wants Reza, Neda, Kian and Parisa to work from the same information, apart from her personal account. A Team or Organization workspace is a separate space with its own members, data and settings.

Before you start

You need the permission to manage billing in your current workspace. Creating a workspace uses a Team or Organization plan.

Steps

1. Open the account menu in the sidebar, open the submenu showing your name, and select Create a workspace. This opens Plans for your workspace on the tab Create a workspace.
2. Look at the plan cards. The page says Online payment is coming soon. Contact us to upgrade. and Create [plan] workspace is turned off on every card, so you cannot create a workspace yourself yet. To get a Team or Organization workspace, contact us through the contact page on the Agentum website.
3. Once you have a new workspace, open the workspace submenu in the account menu and select it. You are its owner. To invite people, open Settings, then Workspace administration.
4. To go back to another workspace later, use the workspace submenu in the account menu. Personal, Team and Organization workspaces are labeled there.

Expected result

A new workspace appears in your workspace menu with its own members, projects, files and settings, separate from your current one.
