Your data: what you can save, and what you cannot do yet

Purpose

Sara wants to keep a copy of what the shop has put into Agentum. This article lists the ways to keep your data today, and what is not available yet.

Before you start

Sign in and select the workspace you want to look at.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, then Data controls (under App settings). Two preference switches are there, Save chat history and Allow data to improve models. They save preferences but do not currently change chat retention or enforce model-improvement consent. Allow memory is in Settings, Memory, with the same limitation.
  2. To keep a file, open Library, choose the file's options and select Download. Files in a chat can be downloaded with Download file in the chat.
  3. To keep an answer's text, select Copy response under the answer.
  4. To see how much space your files use, open Settings, then Storage. From there Open Library and Sites take you to the places where files are managed.
  5. To remove a conversation, open its options and choose Delete chat, then confirm (or select Cancel to keep it). This deletes the chat and its saved short-term memory for good. A conversation that belongs to a site cannot be deleted this way: remove its site from Sites instead.
  6. To end other logins of your account, open Settings, then Active Sessions.

Expected result

You can save individual files and copied text, and delete single conversations. A full-account export and account deletion are not available in the app.

Troubleshooting

Problem What to do
I need a full export or to delete my account A full-account export and account deletion are not available in the app. The Report issue page in Settings cannot submit such requests either.
I turned off Save chat history This switch only saves a preference today. It does not change how long chats are kept and does not delete conversations you already have.
A download only gave me one file A download is only that file. It is not an export of everything in your workspace.
