Earn badges and see your Achievements

Purpose

Mina notices a small message after a chat past midnight: she has earned the "Night owl" badge. Agentum awards badges for how you use it, and the Achievements page shows what you have earned, what is still locked and how far you are from the next level. Use it to see your progress, hide badges you do not care about and find out how to earn the rest.

Before you start

Sign in and select your workspace. Badges are counted for you in each workspace separately, so your progress in one workspace does not carry over to another. Badges must be on in your personal settings and for the workspace (see Playfulness and achievements); where they are not available yet, the "Achievements" entry is missing.

Steps

1. Open the account menu in the sidebar and choose "Achievements". The page "Achievements" opens with the line "Badges you earn as you use Agentum in this workspace."
2. Read each badge card. An earned badge is a filled disc with the badge's icon, the word "Earned", its level ("Bronze", "Silver" or "Gold") with a row of stars, a short description and the date you earned it. A badge with levels also shows "Next level" with a progress bar such as "6 of 10". Where moment sharing is available to you, an earned badge also has a "Share this badge" button that opens a window for making a card from the badge; nothing is shared until you send or post it (see Share a funny moment as a card).
3. A badge you have not earned yet is a dashed outline with a lock, the word "Locked", "How to earn it" and a progress bar.
4. The eleven badges are: "First step" (start your first conversation); "Builder" (create agents of your own: 1, 3 and 5); "Teammate" (add a colleague to your workspace); "Explorer" (find one of Agentum's hidden surprises, which are not available yet, so this badge cannot be earned for now); "All-rounder" (use different tools: 5, 10 and 15); "Regular" (use Agentum on 8, 15 and 22 days of the last 30); "To the point" (prompts of up to 40 characters that get a good answer without you asking again or disliking it: 10, 50 and 200); "Curious" (ask messages that contain a question mark: 50, 250 and 1,000); "Coach" (rate answers and say why: 5, 25 and 100, up to five a day); "Night owl" (use Agentum between midnight and 5 AM in your time zone, on 3, 15 and 50 different days); and "Conversationalist" (keep conversations going for 20 messages or more: 3, 15 and 50). Badges without numbers are earned once.
5. To hide a badge, select the eye button on its card ("Hide" and the badge name). Hidden badges move into "Hidden badges" at the bottom. Open that group and select "Show" to bring one back. Hiding only changes this page for you.
6. When you earn a badge after a reply in the web chat, a short message appears: "New badge", with the badge and its level, then "Next" and the badge closest to its next level, for example "Next: Regular, 10 of 15". Select "View" to open the page. Several badges earned together share one message. Badges earned elsewhere, such as in Telegram or voice, are announced after your next reply in the web chat.
7. Badges you had already earned from your past activity are announced once, in one message that says "You already earned" and the number of badges, or in a box on the Achievements page that says "Welcome back. These were waiting for you:". Select "Got it" to close the box.
8. At the bottom of the page, "Shared moments" links to "Open Data controls", where you can see and withdraw the moments you allowed Agentum to use (see Share a funny moment as a card).

Expected result

Every badge you earn stays on the page with its level and date. Levels are never taken back, and progress counts toward the next level. If you switch badges off, or your workspace admin does, the page tells you and keeps the badges you earned; turning "Badge notifications" off only stops the messages.
