Use ready-made service plugins
Open in AgentumPurpose
Before she reorders stock, Sara wants to know what the same dishwasher costs on Torob and Digikala today. The catalog includes ready-made plugins for well-known Iranian services, with their logos. Connect one and your agent can look up prices, ads, tickets, doctors, books or routes for you, without anyone building anything.
Before you start
Sign in and select your workspace, and make sure you may use plugins there (workspace rules can restrict them). Most service plugins only look things up; you place the order, the booking or the payment yourself on the service. SwapWallet is the exception, see step 6.
Steps
-
Open "Plugins" and choose a category filter, or type the service name in "Search plugins" (the Farsi name works too). The service plugins are listed by category:
- "Shopping": Digikala (products, sellers, price history, deals), Snappfood and SnappMarket (dishes, restaurants and groceries near an address), Technolife (electronics and warranties), MasterKala (digital accessories), Khanoumi (beauty and personal care), Torob (one product's price across online shops), Okala (grocery stores that deliver to you), Pasavard (tracked Digikala and Snappshop prices, with budget guides).
- "Classified ads": Divar (cars, homes and goods, market prices), Sheypoor (ads by city, category and price).
- "Travel and stays": Jabama (villas and stays with exact prices, events and tours), MrBilit (flight, train, bus and taxi tickets and hotel rooms).
- "Health": Paziresh24 and Doctoreto (doctors, clinics, free times, visit fees and reviews), ExirYab (doctors by name, city and specialty, with clinic addresses and hours).
- "Books and literature": Taaghche and Fidibo (ebooks and audiobooks), 30book and IranKetab (printed books, editions and prices), Ganjoor (Persian poetry).
- "Prices and finance": Arzbin (live currency, gold and crypto rates), SwapWallet (your own balances and history).
- "Maps and places": Neshan (places, addresses, routes and travel times).
- "Innovation and R&D": ITONICS (the ideas, trends, technologies and projects of your own ITONICS innovation workspace).
-
Select a plugin to open its page. Besides the "Try it" list and "Information" you know from other plugins, a service plugin has "What it gives you", a short paragraph on what it can tell you and a tip for asking well, and "Try it" lists eight example requests, each showing a different tool. Select one to open a new chat with it typed in the message box.
-
Check the developer name under the plugin's name. Arzbin, Ganjoor, ExirYab, ITONICS, Neshan, Pasavard and SwapWallet were built by the services themselves.
-
Select "Connect", then "Continue with [name]" (see "Connect a plugin"). Only SwapWallet and ITONICS ask you to sign in to your own account first (ITONICS asks for your tenant domain, space URI and personal API key on its own sign-in page); the others connect right away.
-
Give your agent access: for the default agent in Settings, "Plugins" (see "Plugins in Settings"), and for a custom agent in its "Plugins" section (see "Choose the plugin tools an agent can use"). Then ask in a chat, for example "Which store has the cheapest 55-inch TV today?" or "Find a skin doctor in Mashhad with a free time this week."
-
SwapWallet can also request a swap, a transfer to a saved contact, a crypto withdrawal or a fiat withdrawal. These requests never run on their own. In a web chat, the reply pauses on a card that says "Agentum wants to use [tool]" and asks for "Approve" or "Reject", every time. Even after you approve, nothing is carried out until you also approve it in SwapWallet's own Telegram bot, and a request left unapproved there expires after 15 minutes. In a scheduled task, a customer bot or live voice, these requests are refused and the agent tells you to ask again in a web chat.
-
ITONICS can also create or update items and comments, attach files and manage watches, likes and views. Like SwapWallet requests, each of these pauses on the "Approve" or "Reject" card in a web chat and is refused in scheduled tasks, customer bots and live voice. Deleting items, managing users and adding API keys are turned off and are never offered to your agent.
Expected result
The plugin shows as connected, and your agent can answer questions with the service's data. You always know who built a plugin, and no money moves without your approval.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The agent does not use the plugin | Connecting does not give every agent access. For the default agent, check Settings, "Plugins"; for a custom agent, switch the plugin on in its "Plugins" section. |
| "No tools discovered" | Disconnect and connect again so the tools are discovered. |
| The answer differs from what the service shows | A plugin built by someone else reads the service's public website, so it can lag behind or miss something. Check the service itself before you pay or book. |
| A SwapWallet request says it needs approval in web chat | Ask again in a web chat; scheduled tasks, bots and voice cannot run it. |
| A SwapWallet request expired | Ask again and approve it in the Telegram bot within 15 minutes. |
