Playful replies and Easter eggs

Purpose

Neda finishes a short sale message with the agent, types "Thanks, great job!", and a small light-hearted line appears under the answer. Agentum can add one short playful line after some answers and hides a few surprises of its own. Learn when the line appears, how to react to it and how to turn it off.

Before you start

Open a chat in Chat mode with the default agent. Playful lines work only while "Playful replies" is on in your personal settings and your workspace admin has not turned them off (see Playfulness and achievements). Playful lines and Easter eggs are not available yet: for now the switches "Playful replies" and "Easter eggs" are dimmed with "Not available yet.", and no line appears.

Steps

1. Chat as usual. After a finished answer, when the moment is relaxed, Agentum may add a line. It tends to appear when you thank or praise the agent ("Thanks, great job!"), make a joke yourself, or tell it to go ahead and do something itself.
2. Read the line under the answer. It is set apart in a lighter style and signed with the Agentum mark and name. It is picked from a set of lines the Agentum team has approved; the agent never makes one up, and the line never changes the answer above it.
3. To discover Easter eggs, try a plain greeting such as "Hello", or chat on Yalda night or in the first days of Nowruz. These special lines work the same way as other playful lines. The dates follow the "Time zone" in your personal settings. Finding one earns the "Explorer" badge (see Earn badges and see your Achievements).
4. React to the line with the two small thumbs beside it, "Funny joke" and "Joke was not funny". Your reaction is saved apart from how you rate the answer, so a joke that falls flat never changes the answer's rating. Select the same thumb again to take it back.
5. After "Joke was not funny", a small box titled "Tell us more" asks "What was off about the joke?". Choose "Not funny", "Unsafe or harmful" or "Something else", write a short note under "Anything else? (optional)" (up to 300 characters), or do both, then select "Send". Press Escape or click outside the box to keep only your thumbs-down.
6. To keep a line you like, select "Share this moment" beside it (see Share a funny moment as a card).
7. To turn playful lines off, clear "Playful replies" under "Playfulness and achievements" in Settings, "Personalization". Clear "Easter eggs" to keep other playful lines but lose the surprises.

Expected result

At most one playful line appears in a chat, and only after an answer that fits the moment. Many chats never get one. Your reaction and reason are saved with that line, and turning "Playful replies" off stops new lines at once.
