- Attach files to a chatNeda has last week's orders in a spreadsheet and does not want to retype a single row. Attach it, or a photo, a document or a voice recording, to your message and the agent works from the file itself.
- Follow what the agent is doingNeda is about to send Sara a figure the agent calculated, and she wants to know where it came from. Open the activity to see how the agent reached its answer and which tools it used, and approve or reject a tool before it runs when you have asked to be asked.
- Charts, documents and artifacts in a chatParisa needs a one-page price list for the shop window, and Neda needs a chart for Sara's review meeting. Ask the agent for a chart, a downloadable document or a small web page, and use the result right in the chat.
- Copy, rate or retry a responseNeda asks the agent for a short autumn-sale text message for customers. Sometimes the draft is good and she wants to copy it straight out, sometimes it is weak and she wants another try. Copy an answer, have it read aloud, tell Agentum whether it was good, or ask for a new answer.
- Handle a failed or interrupted responseNeda's report stops halfway because her connection dropped, and she is not sure whether to send the request again. Find out what happened to a reply that stopped, failed or never finished, and recover without sending the same request twice.
- Find and manage previous chatsNeda remembers helping a customer with a warranty question last Tuesday, and she needs that answer again. Find a saved conversation, reopen it, and rename, move, share or delete it.
- Share a saved chatNeda wants Sara to see exactly how the agent reached last week's figures, without copying and pasting the whole chat. Create a read-only link to a chat so someone else can read it, and delete the link when you no longer want it shared.
- Use Work modeSome Monday jobs are too big for one answer: last week's orders to clean up, a report to build, a summary to write. Choose between a normal chat and Work mode, where the agent takes on bigger jobs: it plans the steps, reads and writes files, and hands parts of the job to helpers.
- Dictate a messageParisa has a long brief in her head and her hands full of sketches, so typing it would take longer than saying it. Speak your message and have it typed into the message box, ready to edit and send.
- Talk using live voiceMina is cooking with flour on her hands and cannot type, but she still wants to know how much rice to cook for five. Talk to the agent out loud and hear it answer. Your words and its replies are also saved in the chat as text.
- Generate an imageParisa wants a first poster idea for the autumn sale in minutes, not hours. Create or edit pictures by describing them, starting from a ready-made prompt template, a quick sketch or your own words.
- Schedule a taskNeda's weekly report used to eat her Saturday morning. Have the agent run a prompt once, or again and again, at a time you choose, and find the finished result waiting in a chat.
- Use the browser extensionMina is reading a long article about school lunch ideas and keeps switching tabs to ask questions about it. Chat with your default agent in a side panel next to any web page, and, only when you choose, let it read that page or click and type on it.
